Cancellation Policy
1. Bookings & Reservations All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and a 30% non-refundable deposit. A reservation is not confirmed until written confirmation has been issued by Conosur Voyages. Conosur Voyages reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion. 2. Pricing & Payment All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include the services specified in each expedition’s inclusions list and exclude international flights, personal travel insurance, gratuities, personal gear, and items listed as excluded. The balance (70%) is due 90 days before the departure date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. 3. Cancellation by the Client All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@conosurvoyages.com. The following policy applies: • 90 days or more before departure: full refund of all payments received • 30 to 89 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost • Less than 30 days before departure: no refund The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. Conosur Voyages strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation and interruption coverage. 4. Cancellation or Modification by Conosur Voyages Conosur Voyages reserves the right to cancel or modify an expedition due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, avalanche conditions, government travel advisories, civil unrest, pandemic, or failure to reach minimum group size. In the event of cancellation by Conosur Voyages, clients receive a full refund of all payments made. Conosur Voyages is not liable for additional client costs including independently booked flights or accommodation. 5. Itinerary Changes Conosur Voyages reserves the right to modify expedition itineraries at any time before or during a trip due to weather, snow conditions, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Safety is the primary consideration in all itinerary decisions. No refunds or compensation will be provided for itinerary changes made for safety reasons. 6. Travel Insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Proof must be provided before departure. Insurance must include: emergency medical coverage (minimum USD 00,000), emergency evacuation and repatriation, trip cancellation and interruption, and explicit coverage for backcountry skiing and ski touring.
