ABOUT US
Conosur Voyages is a premium adventure tour operator specialized in small-group mountain experiences in Chile's & Argentina's high Andes. Founded by a Chilean–Canadian couple with over 20 years of experience in tourism, culture, and environmental management, we are driven by a deep respect for nature and people.
We believe the best travel experiences don't happen at scale. They happen in small groups, with expert guides, in places that take your breath away, and with the kind of local access that only comes from genuinely belonging to a place. That's what we offer. That's all we do.

MEET OUR TEAM
Born from the mountains. Built on trust.
We did not set out to start a tour company. We set out to share something we love, the raw, untamed beauty of Chile's high Andes, with people who are ready to truly experience it.

Leslie Manley
CO-FOUNDER, OPERATIONS AND MOUNTAIN EXPERTISE
With deep roots in Chile's mountain communities and years of experience navigating the high Andes, Leslie brings an intimate knowledge of the terrain, the snowpack, and the people that no guidebook can replicate. His connection to the land shapes every itinerary we design.

Karine Espinoza
CO-FOUNDER, GUEST EXPERIENCE, CULTURE, & ENVIRONMENT
Born in Chile, with a background in tourism and environmental management, Karine brings the organizational depth and cultural sensitivity that transforms a great ski trip into an unforgettable journey. She ensures every guest feels taken care of from first inquiry to final descent.
"We don't just take you to the Andes. We bring you into them."
— LESLIE & KARINE, FOUNDERS OF CONOSUR VOYAGES

WHY CONOSUR?
Adventure with Purpose
We believe that truly great travel leaves more behind than it takes. Conosur Voyages was built on the conviction that a premium mountain experience and a genuine commitment to people and planet are not in conflict, they are inseparable. Our journeys are designed to be sustainable and meaningful, supporting local communities and creating authentic connections to each destination. We invite you to explore the Andes responsibly, where adventure, culture, and purpose come together.

LOCAL EXPERTISE
Our roots in Chile, Argentina, and Canada go deeper than any guidebook. Founded by a Chilean–Canadian couple with over 20 years of experience in mountain tourism and environmental management, we have spent years building relationships with local guides, mountain communities, and ski areas across all three destinations.

RESPONSIBLE DESIGN
Every itinerary we design takes into account our environmental footprint, from the accommodation we choose, to the way we move through the backcountry. We work actively to minimize our impact on the landscapes we love, and we partner only with local providers who share our values. The mountains we ski in today need to be there for the next generation.

SAFETY & LOGISTICS
From the moment your guide meets you at the airport to the moment you board your flight home, every detail is managed. Route planning, avalanche assessment, emergency protocols, weather monitoring, ground transport, accommodation, lift access. We also offer certified Avalanche Awareness courses for those who want to build their own backcountry decision-making skills.

SMALL GROUPS
Every expedition we run is capped at a maximum of 6 guests. Not because we have to, but because we believe it makes every single aspect of the experience better — more terrain options, more flexibility on the mountain, more personal attention from your guide, and a richer connection with the people you're skiing with.

EXPERT ACMG GUIDES
Every Conosur Voyages expedition is led by guides certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides, North America's highest professional standard for mountain guiding.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
Conosur Voyages is a social enterprise, a for-profit company with a legally embedded commitment to giving back. Five percent of every dollar we earn is donated to youth-at-risk programs in Chile, Argentina, and Canada. Through our guide mentorship and internship program, we are actively building pathways for the next generation of mountain guides. When you travel with us, your adventure creates a positive impact that extends far beyond the mountain.

OUR SOCIAL MISSION
EVERY TRIP GIVES BACK
Conosur Voyages is a social enterprise. That means our success is measured not just by the experiences we create, but by the impact we leave behind, in the mountains, in the communities, and in the next generation of guides and adventurers who will carry this forward.
5% of revenue to youth at risk. Donated to youth support programs in Chile, Argentina, and Canada, in every country we operate.
Support for local businesses. From accommodation to food and equipment, we prioritize local and independent providers at every stop.
Mentorship for emerging guides. Our internship and mentorship program creates pathways for the next generation of mountain guides.
Active environmental stewardship. We track, offset, and actively reduce the environmental footprint of every expedition we run.
